Mr. Gaurav Arora
Fund Manager of Altus Fund Management Company
He is the intellect behind the founding and establishment of the company in the ADGM.
Work Exp. – 35 Years
Mr. Arora has over 35 years of professional acumen and experience in the field of finance, banking, investments, and so on. A prominent model of his dynamic entrepreneurship is Jaypee Capital Services Limited, a global financial services firm and one of the major Stocks Broking firms in India with extensive operations across all Indian exchanges. During his career tenure he has held prestigious positions in key firms such as National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited & United Stock Exchange of India. Mr. Arora also currently holds the position of Director in this financial services firm.
Besides having decades of contribution to his profession, Mr. Arora holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from DAV College, Amritsar.
Mr. Arora's futuristic business ideas and endeavours have been recognised with several honours and recognitions over the years.
Mr. Saugat Sur has over 23 years of experience in Equity, Commodity and Currency Markets. He held various key positions across various organizations. He started his career as a Senior Manager – Business development in Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd, and was promoted to Vice President – Business Development. Later he worked as a consultant – Business Development in Financial Technologies India Limited Group’s International Exchange Ventures. He was the Head of India Sales in Dubai Gold and Commodities Exchange (DGCX), Dubai prior to joining Altus Fund Management Company.
Mr. Sur has a wealth of professional experience, he brings to the company from carrying out significant responsibilities over the course of his career, including Sales and Marketing, Business development, Team management, Risk and Compliance, Membership empanelment, Mentoring, Training and Development, Trading, Hedging and Arbitrage, etc. He has a wide exposure to Commodity derivatives markets, Currency derivatives markets, Equity and Equity derivatives markets and Spot markets.
He was the key person in launching various successful products and developing business and memberships in the previous organizations. He was also responsible for developing and managing liquidity providers and market makers across various Exchanges. He was actively involved in developing trading strategies and identifying market opportunities to help traders generate revenue. Some of his key skills include Relationship management, Negotiation skills, team management and business acumen.
He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM – Finance) from India. He also holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

Mr. Sudhakar Choudhary

Mr. Sudhakar Choudhary, Portfolio Manager of Altus Fund Management Company, brings with him over 20 years of leadership experience in managing derivative market portfolios, consistently providing Alphas and beating the industry benchmarks and generating steady returns through his portfolios. During his two-decade-long career span in the Investment industry, Mr. Choudhary has developed multiple proprietary market neutral trading strategies; with which he has specialized in trading on US markets such as Nasdaq and New York Stock Exchange, on Singapore derivative market, Singapore Exchange and Indian markets as well such as NSE.
Mr. Choudhary spearheaded the team designing and applying various trading strategies for single stock and commodities futures when he joined a capital services firm in Delhi in 2002 and grew it to become a major profit centre for the company in the years that followed.
After that, there was no looking back, and by 2013, Mr. Choudhary was managing the portfolio of a financial services firm in Singapore, where he also helped develop proprietary algorithms for the firm's derivatives portfolio.
Mr. Choudhary holds a graduate degree from the College of Business Studies, Delhi University, followed by an Executive Master’s in Finance from Insead Singapore.
Mr. Pushkar Sati, Chief Operating Officer of Altus Fund Management Company, brings with him over 25 years of leadership experience with a successful track record of managing derivative market portfolios, consistently providing Alphas beating the industry benchmarks and generating steady returns through his portfolios. Mr. Pushkar has over two decades of experience in Trading and Investments on Indian and International Financial Markets , and trades actively on various markets like NSE, BSE, MCX, CME, NYMEX, SGX and DGCX. He was responsible for new business initiatives in the Middle East and had the opportunity to work with the HNIs in the Middle East, International Stock Exchanges, Clearing Houses and Banks. Mr Pushkar has done his Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University.
